Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and take messages as required.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including visitor logs and appointment schedules.
- Ensure the security of the reception area, reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
- Perform other duties as required, such as ordering supplies, managing the mailroom, and providing support to other departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in office administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
- Professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanor; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
