Position: E-Commerce Associate
Location: Onitsha Mall GRA, Anambra State, Nigeria
Salary: ₦90,000 – ₦120,000 monthly (approximately $150–$200)
Experience: 2–3 years in e-commerce or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and ensure accurate inventory across platforms
- Oversee order fulfillment and coordinate with logistics teams
- Monitor website performance metrics and implement improvements
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize online visibility and sales
- Provide excellent customer service and handle online inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
