A full-time opportunity has been announced for the role of Sales Administrator within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The position calls for a highly organized and proactive professional who will be responsible for overseeing sales administration processes and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
The successful candidate is expected to work collaboratively within a dynamic team and demonstrate fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Core Responsibilities
The Sales Administrator will engage directly with Mandarin-speaking clients, supporting them from the initial inquiry phase through to service completion. Responsibilities include managing sales documentation and client files in both English and Chinese, and crafting personalised proposals and quotations that reflect cultural expectations.
The role also involves contributing to marketing initiatives targeted at Chinese-speaking audiences, supporting the organisation of events, and coordinating travel related to golf and educational services. Occasional travel may be required to deliver onsite concierge services during golf or other client events.
Candidate Profile
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline, while a Master of Business Administration (MBA) is considered a strong asset. A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar administrative or sales support capacity is required, ideally within an international education consultancy context.
Fluency in Mandarin at a native level and strong command of English are essential, as is the ability to understand and adapt to cultural nuances. Familiarity with the expectations of Chinese families engaged in international education and luxury travel is critical.
Candidates should also possess a sound understanding of golf culture and luxury travel planning. Experience serving high-end clientele and delivering bilingual, premium-level service is necessary. A low golf handicap would be considered advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range: £40,000.00 – £41,000.00 per annum
